1. Do your best to prevent further damage or loss  ( Board up broken windows, shut off water for leaks, etc )

 

2. Take photographs of the incident including all damage, the accident or incident scene, any potential cause,

    all vehicles involved

 

3. Collect all contact information including names of those involved, license plate #, phone numbers, name of

    insurance company and policy #

 

4. Look for any witnesses and get their name(s) and phone #’s if possible

 

5. If necessary contact local police dept to take a report
